excellent walking access to barcelona's highlights and parks
The hotel offers an amazingly central spot, being just a quick walk to the bustling Las Ramblas and the historic Gothic Quarter. Plus, after spending the day exploring, the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, giving great tips for the best spots to unwind post-stroll. As a solo traveler in the Standard Single Room, I appreciated the cozy vibe and charming design of the space! But the rooms could use a bit more in-room amenities to enhance the overall experience.

In the process of renovations and our room was bright and clean
Staff were not helpful at all. At the end of Las Ramblas and not a very good part of town. A little scary walking to hotel at night due to types of people loitering near the hotel

The location of the hotel.
The staff in reception gave us wrong information as far as our departure for the airport... poor care for their tourists.

Had a nice stay for informal visit to the city. The location was central, unbelievable close to a metro station. Also, Manchester was easily accessible, set only 1 km away. The food they offered was delightful, had lots of meals.

Tbh, had a perfect stay for our two day visit. The hotel was tidy, the room was nice looking and wonderfully decorated and the bed was comfy. It was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location feet from Plaza Real. Thoroughly enjoyed their hot drinks, served in the coffee bar.

Location
The breakfast was terrible, it was very poor. The coffee was cold and we went down at 9am so it should have been hot. The varierty of food was poor, no hot food and cold meats and cheese was available but nothing like eggs, bacon and all my friends stayed at places where the breakfast was 100% better than ours and they paid less!! It's a shame because everything was fine but when you start the day with a poor breakfast, it does make a difference about what you think of the hotel as a whole.
